Rajohn Abne was charged with three counts each of possession, possession with intent to distribute and possession with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school. He was also charged with sale and distribution, while Lawrence Sneed charged with possession.

Essex County Sheriff’s Bureau of Narcotics have arrested two people as part of an effort to tackle drug activity. 

Both men were send at the Essex County jail Thursday and released for free without any accountability or supervision in same day thanks to NJ Bail Reform.
