Driver admitting that he’d been smoking pot earlier, in possession of  210 bags of heroin along with 19 bags of cocaine, released for free without any accountability or monitoring thanks to NJ Bail reform.

The driver, 25-year-old Quaashir Scarborough of Paterson, “admitted to smoking marijuana earlier in the day,” the detective said.

Scarborough was arrested and processed on various drug and motor vehicles charges and released, under the 2017 New Jersey bail reform law, pending a hearing in Central Judicial Processing Court in Paterson.
