Jersey City man charged with selling cocaine near school released for free (on tax payers dollars) without any accountability or supervision thanks to NJ Bail Reform.
Deandre J. Pollard is charged with distribution of suspected cocaine, distribution within 1,000 feet of School and within 500 feet of Muhammad Ali Park, the criminal complaint says.
Pollard and other man made their first court appearance on the charges yesterday in Criminal Justice Reform Court in Jersey City via video link from Hudson County jail in Kearny. Both were released for free pending trial.
